Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the “Last updated” date, and take any other steps required by applicable law.
How we collect and use your personal information
To provide the Services, we collect and have collected over the past 12 months personal information about you from a variety of sources, as set out below. The information we collect and use varies depending on how you interact with us.
In addition to the specific uses set out below, we may use information we collect about you to communicate with you, provide or improve the Services, comply with applicable legal obligations, enforce any applicable terms of service, and protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.

Some features of the Services require you to provide certain information. You may choose not to provide it, but doing so may prevent you from using those features.
Information we collect about your usage
We may automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services (“Usage Data”) using cookies, pixels and similar technologies (“Cookies”). Usage Data may include device information, browser information, information about your network connection, your IP address and other details of how you access and use the Site and your account.

- Marketing and advertising. To send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, text message or post, and to show you advertisements for products or services, including tailoring the Services and advertising on our Site and elsewhere. If you register an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe; do not share your username or password with anyone, and contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. Cookies
Like many websites, we use Cookies on our Site, including Cookies related to powering our store with WooCommerce. We use them to run and improve the Site and Services (including remembering your actions and preferences) and to run analytics so we can better understand how the Services are used. We may also permit third parties and service providers to use Cookies on our Site to tailor services, products and advertising here and on other websites.
Most browsers accept Cookies by default, but you can set your browser to remove or reject them. Blocking Cookies can affect your experience and may stop some features working. It may also not completely prevent information being shared with third parties such as our advertising partners.
Our website recognises the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which lets you opt out of certain uses or disclosures of your information. If you notify us of your preference through GPC, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sharing and targeted advertising for that browser or device, and where we can associate the device with a WooCommerce account we apply the opt-out to that account as well. You can learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org. Other than GPC, we do not recognise other “Do Not Track” signals.
How we disclose personal information
In certain circumstances we may disclose your personal information to third parties for contract fulfilment, legitimate purposes and other reasons subject to this Privacy Policy. These may include:

- Business and marketing partners, who will use your information in accordance with their own privacy notices.
- Third parties you direct, request or consent for us to share with — for example to ship you products, or through your use of social media widgets or login integrations.
- Our affiliates or others within our corporate group, in our legitimate interests in running the business.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy, to comply with legal obligations (including subpoenas, search warrants and similar requests), to enforce applicable terms of service, and to protect or defend the Services, our rights and the rights of our users or others.

Information you provide in public or semi-public venues, including on third-party social networking platforms, may also be visible to other users of the Services or of those platforms, without limitation on its use by us or by a third party. How long we retain your personal information depends on factors such as whether we need it to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce other applicable contracts and policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below in relation to your personal information. These rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances, and in some cases we may decline a request as permitted by law.

You may exercise these rights where indicated on our Site, or by contacting us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
We may need to collect information from you to verify your identity, such as your email address or account information, before responding substantively. You may designate an authorised agent to make requests on your behalf; before accepting such a request we will require proof of your authorisation and may need to verify your identity directly with you. We will respond in a timely manner as required under applicable law.
Complaints
If you have complaints about how we process your personal information, please contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, depending on where you live you may have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us, or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For the EEA, a list of responsible supervisory authorities is available from the European Data Protection Board.
International users
We may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in. Your personal information is also processed by staff and third-party service providers and partners in those countries.
If we transfer your personal information out of Europe, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, unless the transfer is to a country determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
